Is This Right for You?
OurLocal Market Domination program is perfect for firms looking to attract clients in bookkeeping, payroll, tax prep/planning, and monthly accounting services. While we can't target specific audiences, the leads you’ll receive are among the most intent-driven on the internet— actively searching on Google for a solution to their problems. Plus, if an inbound call doesn’t match the services you offer.
Program Investment:
Monthly Instalments: $2,000/m + $1500 one-time setup fee
Ad Spend: The CLIENT is responsible for the monthly ad spend, with a recommended minimum of $1,500/month.
Inbound Appointment Setting Add On - $3,000/m
Never miss a call when we are your personal inbound concierge team qualifying & scheduling your appointments
Keep in mind, this doesn’t guarantee $1,500 will be spent. You only pay for the calls you receive, so if the phone doesn’t ring, you don’t pay. The $1,500 is simply the maximum you’re comfortable spending each month. The average cost per call is $100-$130. (This does vary on location)
Terms of Service:
Services Provided
Nine Two Media (NTM) will provide all outlined Digital Marketing, and Lead Generation efforts based on the agreed-upon deliverables earlier outlined.
Compensation
Payment is due upon agreement and is non-refundable once work begins. This fee does not include additional services outside the scope of work listed above such as Meta Ads, Google Pay Per Click Management (PPC), or other tools you may choose to use.
Client Expectations
Attend the kick-off call with key team members.
Assign a main point of contact.
Actively participate in bi-weekly strategy sessions.
Keep your CRM updated.
Answer inbound calls with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Attend weekly sales training to sharpen your closing skills.
Close the deals: While we book qualified leads, it’s your responsibility to convert them into paying clients.
Additional Fees
Any additional optional services, such as premium ad management will incur extra charges clearly communicated and agreed upon by both parties.
CRM is included in the campaign price. Should the client no longer wish to retain our services but wants to keep access to the CRM with all of the automations, workflows, etc., it will be $197/month.
Term, Renewal, and Cancellation
This agreement is for an initial 6-month period.
Monthly Renewal: If you prefer to continue on a monthly basis, the monthly billing rate will be $2,200/month. You will automatically transition to this rate if we don’t hear from you regarding renewal for an additional 6 month term.
To cancel services after the initial 180 days, notify us at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
This agreement & pricing is for 1 Google Business Profile/Local Service Ads location. Discounted pricing is available for multiple locations.
Confidentiality and Sharing Your Success
We take your proprietary information seriously and will safeguard it at all times. If you share a win with us during a recorded Zoom meeting or via email, we might celebrate and share it with our audience. We’ll include your business name and the general success story, but will blur out any sensitive details like the names of lead. Your privacy and confidentiality are important to us!

We adhere to CASL and CAN-SPAM regulations to ensure compliant and ethical communication.

Your campaign typically goes live within 2–3 weeks after Google verification is completed. The faster you provide the required access and documentation, the sooner we can launch. Delays on your end will delay the go-live.
